1. Set the game plan
You have to plan everything as in before, that means todo/task list arranged in a sensible order, architecture, plugins that I want to use and even mockups already in place, so the only job left was coding and publishing in those 24 hours.
2. Finalized UI/UX Plan
You can use wireframing to create and design the layout. All of user interface elements and other good base, must be designed and finalized quickly.
The popular software to help you create a UI/UX concept in iPad is Concepts (https://concepts.app/en/) and also Figma.
3. Use Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have—rather than against it. Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. These intervals are referred to as pomodoros.
4. Prepare Test Devices
Make sure to prepare the devices used as test kits. even if you don't have a physical device, prepare various emulators with a combination of OS version, screen size, ecosystem and others
That all my tips.
